Requirements
- DTI/SEC Registration Certificate (for business name)
- Valid Government-issued ID of the Owner/Proprietor
- Proof of Business Location (Lease Contract or Property Title)
- Barangay Residency Certificate
- Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (if applicable)
- Sanitary Permit (for food-related businesses)
